The Education Resources Awards are recognised as a benchmark of excellence in the education industry. This annual event highlights the quality and diversity of educational products and resources, excellent educational establishments and the most dedicated members of the teaching profession and supplier industry, all working together to encourage the very best in education.
We were delighted to be a winner in the category of: Collaboration between school and supplier
Case studies of our partnerships with Chessbrook Education Support Centre and Surrey County Council were the focus of our entry for the category of special education resource or equipment.
Our entry for the category of collaboration between school and supplier centred on our partnership with Thorpe St Andrew School and Sixth Form to deliver their ‘quiet school’ project that has so far supported over 60 students struggling to return to education post covid.
Entries were judged on innovation, impact on learning and the workload of teachers, how everyday life or work of teachers and pupils is enhanced and cost effectiveness in the context of demonstrable results – areas Tute routinely works tirelessly upon to continually improve for the benefit of our students and schools.
Competition was fierce and we are therefore extremely proud to have received such a high level of recognition at this prestigious level for the partnership/s we have forged to help improve outcomes for students.
Here is a congratulation message we received from the ERA:
“The judges described Tute Education and Thorpe St Andrew School as an excellent example of an innovative, flexible collaboration between a school and a supplier. The support provided during and in the aftermath of the COVID pandemic making a clear difference to the learning of some of the school’s most vulnerable pupils.”
